Welcome to my commissions TOS

While contacting me for a commission, make sure you are aware of the following guidelines and agree to them, so we both have the best experience working together!

What I will do :

- Character art from references (art of your OC with provided images etc)
- Character art from description (original design of mine based on your descriptions)
- Fanart in my style
- NSFW is ok (check "won't do" below though~ )

What I won't do :

- Intricate backgrounds (simple designs / props / shapes are ok though)
- Mechs and vehicles
- Any commonely banned NSFW themes (age, hate, etc... you know what they are.)

Commission process :

- Once we've agreed to work together, I'll require full payment upfront (50% deposit upfront > last 50% when done can be considered)- Once I've received payment, your commission will be done within the next 28 days- You will receive an HD png of your project (usualy in the range of 2500 ~ 3000px), I can also provide a version with transparent bg if needed.- Payments are made via Paypal only

Legal Information

All rights to the art I create, including commissions, belong exclusively to me. You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission AND you have paid for the rights to do so. You may not use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace. You may not use my art for generative AI models training.In addition, any art I create is my own. Unless exclusive rights are purchased I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.

Rights and commercial use :

Rights for commercial use : +100% of the base commission price

What is considered commercial use?
- Advertising and promotion: Using artwork in advertisements, online banners for a business, or any commercial promotion is considered commercial use.
- Products for sale: Reproducing artwork on products like T-shirts, mugs, or other merchandise is a commercial use.
- Publications: Using an image in a for-profit publication, such as a book or magazine, is commercial.
- Branding: Using an image as part of a company's branding or on a business's website is considered commercial use.

Refund Policy:

All payments are final. NO refunds under ANY circumstances.

The final cost of my commissions is based on the estimated difficulty and completion time, so the final quote will be fixed when we've discussed the scope of your project.

If you really need an estimate beforehand, please check the following example. This is my general rule and should be treated as just that, I reserve the right to price however I deem fair for each project.
